The goal of salt spray test is to know the effectiveness of material protective layer and decorative layer, and the effect of salt deposit on physical and electrical performance of equipment. This test is suitable for examining the quality and effectiveness of protective coating and decorative layer of equipment and its materials, locating potential problem areas, discovering quality control defects and design defects, optimizing materials and evaluating equipment, equipment mainly exposed to the atmosphere with high salt content. After multiple tests, Perseus aerospace grade DC axial flow fans have been proved to meet the standard of salt spray under marine environment.
