Perseus aerospace grade AC centrifugal fans passed the sand and dust test which includes two parts. The first part of the test is small particle dust test. The goal of the small particle dust test is to evaluate the resistance of the equipment to dust that may block the opening, penetrate cracks, bearings and joints, and also to evaluate the performance of the filter. The second part of the test is sand blowing test. The goal of sand blowing test is to decide whether the equipment can be stored and operated under sand blowing conditions. This test is applicable to evaluate the adaptability of all mechanical, optical, electrical, electronic, electrochemical and electromechanical devices that may be exposed to dry sand blowing, dust blowing or dust falling conditions. After tests, Perseus aerospace grade AC centrifugal fans performed well and are good to use under sand and dust environment.
