Axial Fan Maintenance

1. The use environment should always be kept clean, the fan surface should be kept clean, there should be no debris at the inlet and outlet, and dust and other debris in the fan and pipeline should be removed regularly.
2. The fan can only be operated when it is completely normal. At the same time, the power supply facilities must have sufficient capacity and stable voltage. It is strictly forbidden to operate with defects. The power supply line must be a dedicated line and should not be powered by temporary lines for a long time.
3. If the fan has abnormal sounds, serious heating of the motor, live shell, switch tripping, and cannot be started during operation, the fan should be stopped for inspection immediately. In order to ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed during the operation of the fan. After maintenance, a test run should be carried out for about five minutes to confirm that there are no abnormalities before starting the machine.
4. According to the use environment conditions, the bearings should be supplemented or replaced with grease from time to time (the motor closed bearings do not need to be replaced with grease during the service life). To ensure good lubrication of the fan during operation, the refueling frequency should be no less than 1000 hours/time for the closed bearings and motor bearings. The refueling should be filled with zl-3 lithium-based grease to fill 1/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearings; it is strictly forbidden to operate without oil.
5. The fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting wet. When the fan is stored in the open air, protective measures should be taken. The fan should be prevented from being bumped during storage and transportation to avoid damage to the fan.
