1. After the axial flow fan is installed, check the flexibility of the fan's rotation before starting it. Check if there is any jamming or friction when the blades are moved by hand. Check if there are any leftover objects or other debris in the fan and adjacent pipes.
2. Check if the damper in the pipe is open.
3. People should stay away from the fan.
4. Start the fan and check if the direction of the fan blades is consistent with the rotation mark. After the inspection is qualified, stop after 10-30 minutes of trial operation, check if the blades are loose, and if the bolts connecting the vibration damping seat and the base are loose. After everything is normal, it will be officially started and put into operation.
